I contacted this company in June for a quote to lay paving slabs. Charlie came in June and measured up, I was happy with the quote and was told to contact him early July to arrange the installation date. I appreciate that companies are having to catch up on work due to COVID 19 lockdown, but I had to keep calling him for an update. In mid July I was told the work would start in two weeks, this did not happen so I had to call him again and was given the 11th of August (today). I rang Charlie this morning to find out what time they were coming, he said he would check the book and ring me back in 10 minutes. He called back to say that it wouldn’t be done today, I was so disappointed and told him to cancel the job.

Unprofessional, unfaithful, not trustworthy, unreliable person! I don't recommend for anybody this man. He promised to finish the job in my garden but he took 3 weeks still didn't do the job properly. He is also aggressive when challenged. I have to remove the turf put and do again from scratch. I wested my time and money.
Fantastic. We had our fences replaced in the back garden and a new back gate. The boys were all on time and worked hard throughout the day even though it persisted in raining. They cleared up perfectly after themselves and went the extra mile with the work to make sure we had a perfect finish. The price was very reasonable too. Would definitely recommend: they are polite, pleasant, hard-working and great value for money.
