First visit , and very impressed. Welcomed nicley. Everywhere very clean and tidy. The gym is well equipped and machines are being cleaned by users loads of spray and hand gel available. Had a bite to eat in the cafe, very tasty. Served by Vanessa, who was polite and friendly. Looking forward to my next visit.

AVOID this Place – Its unsafe. During my first few weeks of the visit to the health club when actually I had parked my car outside it was safe however, last Saturday 14th September 2020 when it was the first time I parked my car inside David Lloyds (Gidea Park) car park I got my Exhaust Catalytic converter stolen – this is suppose to be a secured car park with atleast good monitoring in place however this doesn’t seem to be the case at all as I am informed my car was out of the range of their CCTV which clearly was parked few spaces away from the entrance. Doesn’t look like the club has taken this incident seriously, which is Shocking! and I have to continuously asked the member of staff to look into their CCTV atleast for the duration I was inside the club which was literally only 50 mins in total but rather I was told this is a one off incident and this could happen in any car park. If you join a club and pay 125 a month membership fees you should atleast have a peace of mind that the car you have parked inside their own secured park would be safe but unfortunately that is not the case. This is a serious threat to anyone as people visit with their families and kids and looks as if anyone can do anything inside the car park or atleast can enter and do whatever they feel like without getting notice.

Great, clean gym and facilities but the management and membership team are honestly the worst I've ever experienced - in any line of business. Only knows who is responsible for recruiting these people. Arrogant, argumentative and absolutely clueless with customer service. They are in dire need of training and development. In my most recent conversation with the membership team I was told "we can remove any part of the gym including the pool and spa without having to give you any notice and there is nothing you can do about it - it's all covered in the terms." If it wasn't for the convenience and location I'd definitely have taken our membership elsewhere. At over 200 a month for a couple membership you deserve to be treated with a bit more respect.

I love this club, great facilities and equipment but above all, the classes are superb, this is what makes the membership fee worthwhile. The HIIT and Step classes run by Paul Lomas and Sophie Roberts are by far my favourites and i make sure i go to almost all of them, they are really hard work but so much fun. I joined the club for the facilities but i've stayed for the classes which have been amazing for me in terms of my fitness and the change in my body. Thank you to Paul and Sophie and keep up the great work!
