DO NOT PARK HERE! I paid for an hours ticket to be safe but left after 23 minutes, a week later I received a fine for 100 as I “didn’t pay for a ticket with the grace period” (10 minutes) this is because you can’t pay by card in the car park and I had to download their app and pay that way which was completed 12 minutes after entering the car park. The automated phone line is no help and if you appeal online you automatically go to the higher fine level if unsuccessful which judging by the other reviews and comments is 100% of the time. In summary I paid for over double the amount of time I was parked there whilst being parked there and was fined 100 for doing so.

Avoid this car park they are still issuing fines even at these times My daughter used this carpark to collect a prescription across the road .She had checked Haverings website which stated that the carpark in St Nicholas rd was free at these times ,but made the mistake of pulling into this PRIVATE CARPARK in St Nicholas rd.Shame on this company one for charging at this time when peoples incomes are so greatly reduced but also to issue 100 fines via a camera.PLEASE BE AWARE THEY ARE CHARGING
As a key worker parked here couple of weeks ago with my daughter to collect prescription and essentials during covid 19 lockdown after reading that car parking was free in Havering during the pandemic - now received a parking ticket BEWARE OF PARKING HERE
Just got here and parked greeted by a carpark attendant..as from yesterday it's now in private hands...1 hours parking 1.50!!! No wonder there were only a few cars parked, normally looking for a space. Feeling sorry for local trade. The car park attendent thought it was a bargin! London apparently 10 for two hours...this is Elm park. Essex not Theatre Land!
