Absolutely disgusting company! Paid 250 for a return pickup. The journey there was fine, on the way back it was a different, he driver was rude, abusive and drove like a lunatic! Then refused to carry the journey on when we asked him to slow down! They company has also taken more money out of the bank account that it was booked under, even though the bank was only meant to be used for a deposit as the rest was fully paid in cash! They are not answering the phones and the bank cant refund the stolen money. Joke! If you want a safe journey and do not want to be left stranded in the middle of no where trying to arrange alternative transport home for a service you have already paid for, do not use this company!

Hired an executive minibus to take my family & friends to Ascot. Minibus was lovely, exactly what we wanted, as was the driver. Great service from start to finish, would definitely recommend. Thank you Essex Minibus Hire

The drivers I have met are reliable, polite they go the extra mile and are very professional.The minibuses always arrive in an immaculate condition and are obviously well maintained. I would definately recommend Essex minibus hire to anyone and everyone!!!!!!

My daughter used this company to go into London, Mayfair for a night out on the 23/09/17 with a group of 11 friends.This is her review - The drive up to London was not a problem but the driver did use the longest route. What was an hour journey was more like 2.5 hours this was not down to traffic either. The journey home however was absolutely disgraceful. The driver collecting all 11 of us was and hour and twenty minutes late. We phoned the main office to be told he's a new driver please be patient. When he eventually did arrive at 4am instead of 2:30am there was no apology what so ever. We all got in however as we all wanted to get home after standing in the cold for for an hour plus at 3 in the morning. It's a miracle I'm home safe and sound. I was the only one awake out of my friends on the bus and I was sat in the path of the drivers rear view mirror. As he was swerving all over the M25 I saw him drifting off to sleep. Immediately got up to wake him up, to which his response was 'I am awake what are you talking about'. After this I made sure I did not fall asleep and watched him like a hawk. I woke my friend and made him sit at the front to keep an eye on him. To my amazement the driver then again proceeded to close his eyes at the wheel. I was counting down the minutes until we were home and even contemplated phoning the police while in the bus. I DID NOT feel safe at all and I WILL NOT be using this company again. Unprofessional, incompetent and DANGEROUS. If I could give them no stars I would. Do not use this company if you want a safe return home. I have informed the police and they are looking into it. The driver should be immediately sacked and this company needs a serious sorting out.

Great service, we've been using the services now for a year with a kids school run and they have been punctual, drivers have been clean and responsible and they are only up the road.
