Nice lady on the front desk.... pretty bullish guy though, went in to look for a boarder on a frame, what I thought was a fairly straight forward job... apparently not according to the gentleman, felt like I’d insulted him by even asking.... the nice lady came to the rescue though and recommend somewhere else that would be able to help.

Always I have had a true welcome even if I didn't spend any money on that occasion. But I have 2 J J Adams prints I will want to have proper baroque OTT frames and there is nowhere else I would trust my precious images to. They have a cash down first policy but it's because of framing carried out and abandoned by the customer. I just wish they could find the new JJ Adams x
