Great to see a small local retailer still going and wanted to support them by buying. Amongst items is asked for was a led low energy light bulb equivalent to 100wattz but was sold an old style tungsten filament lamp instead which is an environmentally bad idea and what I was trying to avoid. Unfortunately this sort of service will cause more of us to go to large chain DIY stores and shops like this will die. A real shame the didn't sell me what I clearly asked for.

This along with most of the shops in Elm Park are a wonderful local resource. They are unfailingly helpful and seem to stock everything you need if it is electrical. If they don't stock it they will always tell you where you might be able to get hold of it. I would recommend them without hesitation as a local resident they are my first choice for everything electrical as well as good honest advice. A first rate local shop that goes the extra mile

Great shop, staff always helpful, good advice, been there years with the same guy running it. Go there with complete confidence. Oh and maybe you'll save a few pennies on line but you can't speak to a faceless entity on the end of a computer who'll make sure you're getting exactly what you need. Alternatively Hans offers, good advice if you need it & a friendly service.
