Courses are run at various venues in Essex for children aged between 5-12. We use smaller coaching group sizes to maintain a more focused learning curve for each pupil. This will concentrate more on teaching the basic skills and progressing them on to learning more about the game and developing their individual ability as well as team play.Outside course learning will also be given to students to teach them about the laws of the game, football fitness, and any other relevant help that may not only help in their footballing development but also in leading a healthy lifestyle. iCoach operates on the six keypoints below, interaction - Children can mix through games & learning challenges, improving social skills. Confidence - Encouragement and praise to boost their self-esteem. ownership - All students will take control of their own learning through practise. ability - Technical knowledge coached in the right manner at the appropriate time. core stability - Sessions to improve a child's gross and fine motor movement. health - Improved fitness through active coaching sessions giving the maximum practice time. All coaches are fully FA enhanced CRB checked and hold a valid FA emergency first aid and safeguarding children certificate. We are very passionate about the coaching we give and enjoy teaching people about the game and bringing our knowledge across to the students.
