Beautiful layout and great value for money. The staff here are tremendous, always happy to help. Great location too. The staff have been wonderful help during the pandemic. They deserve a big appreciation.

Shopping was good. At till told about Lidl app. Was going to download but told too many people waiting in queue. Call customer service to get credited. Called them spoke to very rude man who raised his voice to me saying if we help you anyone could call after a month saying they want the points. I explained I spent nearly 300 TODAY! I work for NHS and took day off for xmas shopping & asked as a gesture of goodwill could he sent me a voucher. He rudely said I cant help you and no you cant have anything but I will report the store and get staff reprimanded telling you to ring customer service. There were long queues on all tills with 6 people waiting behind me otherwise would have downloaded app. He said well they can wait cant they!! Wow I said to him I have a team of 40 staff if they spoke like that to anyone on phone I would not be happy . He was so rude I actually hung up the phone in disgust. Good parking area. Nice wide aisles inside. Self service till for small items. If queues build they normally open another till. Variety of goods. Competitive prices. Great wine selection.

The store is very quiet in the evenings and still has a good level of stock on the shelves. Parking is easy and the availability of self checkouts and regular checkouts means there are no big queues. I've found staff are restocking the shelves in the evenings so you just need to navigate your trolley around them. Plenty of items in the centre aisles.

Friendly staff, nice and cool (air-con) store, one of the biggest Lidls I go to, and spacious parking. Went crazy shopping during Spanish week!!
