i know this is a long time ago before the days of google review but i feel that the public should know what happened to me about 10 years ago...... I wanted to remortgage my property and was given an average price of my apartment without anyone actually visiting my property I paid over 500 to get a remortgage which never happened because they undervalued my property by 30000 taking in the average price of the building which is small studio flats where as my property was the whole PENTHOUSE as it is called and is 3 times the size of the properties below me. It was only today that a colleague here at work mentioned they had a poor transaction with this company that i have decided to tell my story ...they refused to refund my 500 and would not come and actually visit my property to amend their valuation...I would avoid these unprofessional lazy mortgage advisers Gary Hornchurch home owner
