On the 19th of feb 2021 i phoned over 93 times to be conected another 20 to 40 mins to then be told no drs to talk to.. To call the hub at 12 to the be diconnected twice its a joke!!! Its a constant fight to get help!!!

They told me to call at 8am for an appointment since then I’ve called over 50 times line doesn’t connect. after one hour of trying to keep calling them every 2 minutes they finally answer absolutely terrible

The phone lines a little flawed but the doctors are brilliant. I moved from woodland surgery after being misdiagnosed for 4 years blaming issues on my mental health, I joined this surgery and they were determined to get to the bottom of my issues. Turned out I was folate anaemic and with a few pills I am feeling better than I have done in years, they are still investigating other issues. My health has got so much better, and in tandem so has my mental health. If you can ring bang on 8am you have a very good chance at getting an appointment. I owe these doctors so much for fixing me.

Never answer the phone! dont care about patients

After dialling 208 times this morning 7/09/20 the phone was answered electronically. I was put on hold for a further 30 mins to enable me to book a telephone appointment for the same day “late afternoon”. The doctor called at 12:15pm. Surely there is a better system than this.
