Matt has helped us on two separate occasions, the first with a flea infestation thanks to our cats and then with pigeons nesting in our loft. Both times he has been fantastic and gave us advice on how to deal with it ourselves, prior to him coming. Unfortunately on both occasions it had to be dealt with professionally. He managed to solve both our problems quickly and even followed up after to make sure everything was still ok. He is genuinely one of the nicest, most honest people we've ever had to deal with and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to friends and family.

Matt had to return again as we were still having problems. Despite his best endeavours, due to very difficult access, he could not reach the top of the chimney. He came and sealed off some holes we had missed around the fireplace. He was here for almost 2 hours and politely refused my offer of any payment.He put us in contact with a scaffolding firm who built an access scaffold. Within 24 hours of the scaffold going up, Matt returned and successfully treated the nest. As we had the scaffold erected Matt REDUCED his original cost by 40 !!! If you have a pest problem, this is the first company you should contact. Highly recommended. Thank you Matt. Contacted MG regarding a wasp nest in our chimney pot. Matt arrived very quickly. Access to area is very difficult, but Matt came up with plan to deal with it, but also gave us very good advice as how we could manage to deal with the issue ourselves which we have followed, and so far all is good. There was absolutely no pressure to spend money if not necessary. He was here for at least half an hour and there was no charge at all. If what we have put in place fails, we will have no hesitation to contact him. Highly recommended. Thank you Matt.

Matt has dealt with our 2 separate rodent issues both recently and a few years ago. Matt is reliable, professional, discreet, honest and experienced in pest control. He was succesful in identifying where the rats were coming from and recommended a company to confirm the drain problem. I wouldn't use any other pest control firm.

Matt, the owner and director of MG Pest Control was called to my fathers house for a mouse issue. However it was found that the issue was not mice but bats! Matt was caring, thoughtful and took time to reassure my father that bats were not a threat but were a protected species. He even took the time to call me, chat it through and send me a video of the problem. As no treatment was needed, (and my father, who sufferers COPD, and who is in isolation due to the Coronavirus) no charge was made. It is wonderful in the day and age, to come across individuals who are caring, thoughtful of others, respectful to their needs and above all highly professional and knowledgeable, so much so that I can unreservedly recommend them to others.
