Good place. Staff are caring and home is neat and clean always. I would suggest this nursing home for anyone who is looking for safe care and treatment.

Would not recommend my mum was there only a few months before she passed away. So many mistakes by management and staff. If she hadn't been so ill would have moved her out

I have just moved my relative out of this home due to the lack of leadership from the top. No manager for months, carers running out of basic essentials. I would not recommend Moreland House or Abbey Total Care.

My father was there for a couple of mths till he sadly passed away a week ago he was there for Palative care we meet the manager and was promised a room on the ground floor in whitch it didnt happen there was no palative care not what he or any other person should go through it wasnt like we was promised the rooms werent noithing like advertised only a couple of them were ok the rest were rude and arogent the rooms thay showed us on the ground were lovely but the ones upstairs where dissapointing thats where my father was not recomended the manager was arrogant and not very helpfull dont be fooled by what you are told or lead to belive i wouldnt give this place more than 1star dont be fooled by pics go look at room 104 screws hanging out the walls handles hanging of furniture walls were marked old people or ill people should not be treated like my dad was i put pictures on but thay aint showing them because the room was terrable
