I've been here twice to deposit into the machines. The staff have always been friendly and helpful. Very clean. Long queues sometimes but generally efficient as staff ask u what u want to do and today I managed to jump the queue cos I used the quick deposit. But long wait for the counter (it looked like anyway) Definitely use this branch when I'm in the area!

Have been using this bank for over 18 years and have never had any problems. Staff fantastic and do all they can to help and are so friendly. During Coronavirus lockdown found the staff to be as helpful as possible in such difficult times.
Whilst this is my bank and I'm generally very supportive of it. Unfortunately on this occasion I needed to speak to a real person and vas advised of a 40 minute wait. Which I have to say is totally unacceptable! Banks are a service industry that are here to support its customer base and manage their money. Please remember that not every customer transaction can be shifted to the online platforms.
Not one cashier in sight been waiting over 6 minutes now still no one in sight and no one serving good job I’m not a bank robber I could have a field day and all to get my money out which I can’t at the moment...useless...
Was pleasantly surprised by the manager here. Helpful & informative - was a pleasure to be served by her.
