I would like to thank Alan who I dealt with in a professional capacity. It is rare in our business to deal with another agent in progressing a sale that is like Alan . He was really pro active , always called back and kept me updated on the progress of his part of the chain . It was a difficult chain right to the end . Going the extra mile and in a really knowledgeable, professional way.... even managed to have a laugh ( rare ) He is a credit to our profession and Noble Residential , in my opinion are very luck to have such a great guy . I turned to Noble after failing to sell my flat with another estate agent (big high st brand who shall remain nameless!). From the outset I was impressed by the no nonsense but optimistic attitude shown by Allan & the team - within a month by flat was sold! Communication was outstanding throughout the process and Allan (aswell as Charlie & Jason) were happy to go above and beyond to get the job done...despite me being a pain & worrying at every point they were able to reassure me without making false promises. Estate agents typically have a bad rep but that couldn't be further from the truth with these guys - would recommend to anyone in the local area looking to sell (or buy). Thanks again guys :)

Have used Noble Residential twice and both times the service from the whole team has been brilliant. The most recent move was dealt with by Allan who was very patient and went above and beyond to get it over the line. He always either answered a phone call or if we left a message he would call back the same day and we were always kept updated as per progress. Allan is a credit to the business.

Great experience! We have used Noble twice in the last year, as we sold my mum's house before returning to the same agent to sell our own property. Jason was very helpful, personable and efficient in valuing and getting the house on the market and Charlie could not have been more helpful in expediting the sale. She kept us fully informed at all times and we really felt well looked after. I would definitely use Noble again and would recommend them to any ter potential vendor.
