Dreadful customer service. Myself and my family always come here for our balloons on occasions but never again. An error was made with what was supposed to be written on the balloon and instead of being friendly and helpful and trying to rectify it Pat went on to blame me for the error and that i needed to buy another balloon after already spending 25 on one that wasn't correct. I didn't blame anyone for the mistake just asked for it to be changed to what i wanted, she is very argumentative. The balloon actually went down by the time i had got home where she had tried to scrape away the glitter and it ended up coming away from the ribbon and blew away in the end anyway. Would never spend my money here again.

Your advice was right and I'm so glad that I listened to it and let you decide what would look best. The decor looked stunning and, considering the current situation, you made the day so very special. How u can justify 38 for 5 balloons is beyond me I could have got alot more for my money at card factory but unfortunately they are not open. To the reply firstly it was for my daughters 16th and i didnt order hearts I ordered 3 round balloons as a set. And in this set was two 16 balloons and a plain dark pink balloon with happy Birlhday not birthday on it with loads of glitter I did call to have the glitter changed to a gold pen before i collected but there was no alternative also they were at different heights so I had to re ribbon them and change the weights the number balloons were at different heights and again I had to re ribbon them as well. As for the prices I had no choice but order because your the only local shop open to supply balloons. So of course ur gonna charge more.
