Helen & Scott never fail to impress. The food is delicious, cooked to order, they never hurry you out and they’ve worked hard to create a lovely ambience. Particularly impressive was the vegan and vegetarian menu but remember to state this when you book a table, they are not the sort of restaurant to pull something portion controlled out of the freezer and go to a lot of effort when they are notified.

My first time visiting Parkside. What a lovely place the food qnd wine was amazing!! I am a big foodie and thought this place was fantastic. Helen is just so welcoming! This place is a real gem I will DEFINITELY be back!

We've eaten here both as a family and as a couple a number of times, always fabulous food and really friendly service, kids are well looked after too. COVID measures are spot on and lock-down takeaways have been delicious and easy to prepare at home. Thoroughly recommend.

The Bobster

Little gem in Elm Park, first time visit for our anniversary but we will be back. I'm not aware of too many restaurants in the area that have authentic French cuisine and this didn't disappoint. Not a massive selection on the menu or choice of wine but looks like there was something for everyone and don't let that put you off; have a look at their website. Well worth a visit to support this family run local business. PS visited Oct 2020 and felt very Covid safe, don't forget your mask.
