The branch is closed down, why still showing that it's open...wasted of time
Even though this is my local branch, I have started using the romford post office, even though I have to pay parking. Just to avoid this post office. Not only is it majorly understaffed, with queues lasting over 30 mins at peak times. But some of the staff seem utterly lost, clueless and often times downright rude. I know to come here if I ever want to see some drama, as more often than not someone is yelling, storming out or complaining.
Really friendly staff who are always helpful. Services include currency exchange passport check and send banking services and postal.
