I required disability grant work to be undertaken at my property in Ilford and Princess Builders, Steve Hinder successfully won the contract. It was extensive interior reconstruction and erecting a new rear first floor extension. Steve and his team worked around the needs of my family were prompt and clean throughout the three month build. I was well informed about the progress of the work, receiving daily updates. On conclusion of the work I was 100% satisfied with the finished work, beyond my expectation. So impressed with the professional workmanship that I invited Princess Builders and Steve Hinder back to undertake further private work with the same professional finish he didn't let my family and myself. I would recommend Steve Hinder and Princess Builders without reservation.

We always use Princes Building for any work at home. They are trustworthy, prompt and very tidy! Their workmanship and attention to detail is second to none and Steve is a down to earth chap that tells you how it is, keeps you informed at every point and delivers a quality product that is so lacking in many other builders these days. above and beyond expectations - we required an extension and house adaptions, for my wheelchair bound husband. After saving a long time, and not a lot spare, we had to be very cautious on who we employed. After seeing approx. 10 different companies, we knew that Steve/Princes were the ones for the job. From the moment of setting foot in the door, we felt like Steve understood our needs and knew what we wanted. Steve was only company to check the plans properly, check the house to ensure required work could be done and relevant paperwork was in place, and to give us a quote based on actually plans. The price he provided was amongst the best, and the final figure was exactly as quoted. When the guys started, to finish, they were completely professional the whole time. Nothing was ever too much for them, and everything was done with a happy nature. The guys worked from early morning to early evening, taking only a short lunch break inbetween. They worked hard the whole time, and our work was completed before deadline. As with all building work, once we started we discovered that we wanted extra things. Princes accommodated for everything, and did above and beyond what they were asked to do. Our plans were quite vague, but Princes were amazing in their recommendations and suggestions along the way. The guys were very reliable and trustworthy, and we felt very comfortable to have them in our home. They are very friendly and polite, and clean up to perfection at the end of every day. We are so impressed with Princes that we have already asked them back for further work. Several friends have seen the work, and are also employing their services. A few charities helped with our project, and all have been so impressed that they will keep them in mind for future clients. Thank you to Princes for the amazing job that you did for my family, and the difference you have made to our lives
