I went for my regular eye check where Emily helped me very patiently to choose my frames based on my new prescription, giving helpful suggestions. Going above and beyond, Emily and lab technician Julie worked together and repaired my last pair of glasses to their best ability. I am totally satisfied by the level of service here. This is the optician that all my family members use and many there including Paul, Anne and Christie, never fail to meet our expectation over the years. How their consideration and sincerity have been exhibited in my latest visit during this difficult time for all shows their strength in the competitive market. Thanks to all, Specsavers Hornchurch!
