Told on Saturday only taking donations on Tuesday morning at 20 am, but to arrive early as would be busy. Arrived at 9.50 to find they were doing a fire drill & not open until 10.10! Got into shop to be told it taking 2 bags from each person. When I said I'd not been told this on Saturday I was questioned on who I'd spoken to & was asked to come back again on Wednesday . A complete joke. All charities are complaining they've lost out & then make it difficult to drop stuff off. I certainly won't be donating here again. Richard House were more than happy to take my donations. Your loss.
