I used this cab company for the first time today. The lady on the switchboard was nice.The driver was friendly & polite and the car looked at smelt clean. So, why didn't I give 5 stars? Well, that would have been because when I rang to reverse my journey it all went a bit odd. I rang & a man answered. When I asked to book a car and said I was in Upminster I might just as well have said I was in Outer Mongolia. I was told they only had 1 car and that they couldn't get to me now. When I asked when they could, he just said 'later' and then gave me the name of another cab company. I'm afraid a cab company that only takes me one way isn't really a lot of use.
