I had a table booked at suttons at 6.45 with 4 of my friends. The service was so slow so me and my friends ordered 3 drinks each through their app to save having to wait 20 minutes for 1 drink. Although we had already paid 60 for the drinks, the blonde manager refused to serve us and we was advised that we would not receive our refund for at least 7 days which is an absolute joke considering we caused no problems at all. The only time we got up was when we went for a wee. We spoke to the bar staff who were confused about her decision. We caused no trouble at all and the manager refused 60 worth of business and god knows how much future business. We go to suttons week in and week out so the service is not acceptable. When approaching the manager to ask if we could change our order to 5 drinks instead (1 drink each), the manager advised that we must leave in 10 minutes. This is one of my favourite pubs and this is not good enough. Service needs to get better.

Fantastic refurb, lovely friendly staff, clean and tidy definitely recommend
Really good to see the staff constantly going around and cleaning tables, chairs and surrounding areas. It shows they care about customer safety during the current pandemic. Food and drinks were, as always, very good.
Great food and a nice quiet atmosphere at the time of the morning we went.
