I have been going to Serenity (Hornchurch) for over 6 months now. Treatments are amazing and I always leave feeling light and refreshed. I regularly train in the gym and use a lot of weights, when I mentioned this my message was tailored to suit my needs. Brilliant!!!!

I just had a fantastic massage at Thai serenity .I explained to the lady the problems I was having with my neck , lower back and hamstrings and she worked thoroughly on all the areas ..she did an excellent job and I could not be happier with the outcome ..I walked out feeling like I was in a new body ..friendly staff and excellent service at a very low cost for the time I was there.. I will be booking again very shortly ..

My wife and I went in together for massages - I had a deep tissue while she opted for a more relaxing one. Both masseuses were professional and the lady that did mine was able to apply heavy pressure as requested. Sorted out some of the issues I had with my shoulder too. Overall, great experience.
