The PartyBox Elm Park is the goto place for balloons! In fact it is the only shop I will buy balloons probably since they first opened. Not only do they have amazing designs at special times of the year, but they will create your own design of multiple balloons and write any personal messages on any of the balloons in glitter! They also provide you with advice when choosing different options, but above all they are friendly, honest, professional and caring. A couple of years ago I moved to Central London, but still travel back just for this shop. Last year for Valentine's Day I bought this amazing balloons design from them and contained 12 quite large balloons. I also went back and got some massive ones for her birthday. After several weeks, some of the balloons started to go down a little which is normal, but they were so lovely I wanted my partner to keep them forever (impossible I know). I took them back to the shop and they kindly re-gassed some of the ones that had shrunk a little. I offered them lots of money but they only accepted a tiny fee and it took them a long time plus they were busy. How amazing was that and my partner enjoyed her balloons right through Easter! She still loves me :-) Thank you so much PartyBox!

I had ordered a balloon for my sister's birthday to be collected from Elm Park. I was outside for opening, waiting to collect. Phone call to say sorry but shop is shut. Completely understand in these difficult times. The balloon was ready at the dagenham store, but I couldn't get there. They offered delivery. Great! They said it should be there in an hour, hour and half at latest. I needed it by 11 30 at the latest so was there when my sister arrived. Was assured it would arrive by then. Kept calling and was told ' maximum 10 minutes'. At 10 past 12 the driver arrived. We had already got a different balloon (sister's 21st didn't want to take chances.) Before the driver turned up, I told them I wanted to cancel. The lady assured me someone would contact me, which no one did. I refused the balloon when the driver finally arrived and said I wanted a refund. INCREDIBLY rude man finally returned my call today. Refused refund because balloon was 'only' 40 minutes late. Explained I was there at 10. Was told that's not their problem. They offered free delivery (which I was grateful for. Had it arrived in time, no issues!) He said a refund wouldn't have been given even if I said no to free delivery.
