I have been using the Vanilla Room for many years now and never disappointed. Friendly, efficient and professional. I am so sorry they cannot open at the moment, but I will be first through the door when they can open. I used the Vanilla Rooms when they opened last time and never felt unsafe. A great system for safetly and so clean. I am an older client and never felt apprehensive. I can't wait to get back there and see the lovely team again.

I have been going to The Vanilla Room for a little while now and I absolutely love the staff and customer service at this salon! Everyone is super friendly and professional. I started coming here as my hairdresser moved to this salon and I can see why she would! Cannot wait for it to be safe enough for salons to reopen!! :)
I have been going to the Vanilla Rooms for many years now and Kerry and her team always provide a professional and friendly service. Despite the challenges of covid Kerry has gone over and above to ensure clients feel safe. Nice touches like private room availability for those who are vulnerable or feel anxious about visiting the salon post lockdown, a bespoke coat hanging facility, plastic visas whilst at the wash basin and disposable cups so you can still enjoy a drink. I will always be grateful to Kerry who was so caring and compassionate when I lost my hair due to chemo; her expertise was invaluable and made a distressing situation bearable. I'm looking forward to returning once the salon re-opens in April.
I am just writing to inform you that I had a great first experience at your salon. Before I even arrived, the receptionist listened to concerns I had and made my appointment longer which was really appreciated. I had Katie as my stylist, who has done a fantastic job. She really listened to what I wanted and had a good balance of giving advice alongside listening to the client's views. My hair feels much lighter and healthier now than it did before my haircut! Her finish was also brilliant. I have a lot of hair and usually a bouncy blow dry leaves me looking like a poodle, but Katie really took her time and the completed look was wonderful. I did not catch the girl's name who washed my hair, but she was also very polite and friendly. I came to your salon after a bad experience elsewhere, and I am very pleased with the result, so thank you.
I have been coming to The Vanilla Rooms now for a good few years and love it every time , very professional and excellent cuts and colours every time .The care and attention to detail during these troubled times was first class . cannot wait to go back
After having a nightmare visit at another salon, I had trouble trusting hairdresser's with my hair. I visited The Vanilla Room around 3 years ago now and it's safe to say I wouldn't go anywhere else now. George is a superstar, she is just the perfect hairdresser. All of the staff are friendly, welcoming and professional. The way they have adapted during the past year is outstanding, I can't wait to visit them when lockdown is lifted and see them all. If you're thinking of changing hairdressers you should visit TVR and in three years from now you'll be writing a review like this because they truly deserve their customers shouting from the rooftops.
Amazing staff. Extremely clean and COVID aware for their customers. Sadly, due to lockdown, I’ve missed two appointments. However!! Even though my hair is due a cut and style, the initial shape is still there and no split ends! Quality cuts from Sam. Can’t wait to see the team again!
