AVOID! Absolutely horrible. A friend contacted this company for furniture removal in the same day. They had to cancel a few hours before the collection and the man who was coming to collect the furniture started using foul language , swearing. Absolutely appalled and disgusted. STAY AWAY! they are glad they didn’t pay this guy and managed to cancel before seeing this person.

Terrible, I booked him to come and he said he can make it. After 15 mins I decided to cancel because I had to go out and the guy starts swearing at me on the phone. Not professional at all and has no customer service skills. I would suggest not to use this business and let these businesses rot and close for their terrible unprofessional service.
