This is a great little gym. Teaches mainly boxing and boxing based classes, PT, and a few other classes too. Has some ladies only classes if thats what you are looking for. Very friendly trainers and members all welcoming to new joiners. Tried lots of gyms in the past and I can honestly say, I won't be trying any more, I have found my forever gym.

What a gym. It is very community driven, no showing off, just hard work and encouragement with great coaches that really care. Very inexpensive with classes aimed at all levels, can't recommend this place enough.
A place you can go, work out feel comfortable and meet great people. No matter ability or confidence you will come away with a richer understanding of fitness and also a great way to socialise. What makes this place different is the family atmosphere which runs from the adult classes through to the children’s classes. What these owners have created here is pretty special. So come and have a try.
I absolutely love this gym, i took my son for boxing classes and ended up joining myself too. They have a variety of classes to choose from which is great for the women that don't want to train with men. And excellent for the people that aren't really into the boxing to fight but want to get fit like the boxers. Everyone is so welcoming and encrouaged you to go past your limit, thank you Your Gym.
A brilliant gym where we get such a great intense workout. The people are friendly and all spur each other on. I was nervous to start as it was my first gym to sign up to but I was welcomed with open arms and have been going three times a week since it opened.

It's a totally fantastic place . More of a family than a gym . Great group of kids and adults . Brilliant trainers too . Highly recommend to anyone . Myself my son and daughter go . It's a great place .
A great friendly gym, my grandson attends the kids classes three times a week and thoroughly enjoys it.
