Awesome service visited Hornsea and walked past Countdown while closed and saw something in window being from Sheffield I decided to phone and see if they would mail order me the item. Was told they don’t do phone sales but they they would do this for me service was excellent and all the staff there went above and beyond to make me a happy man. I’m currently awaiting my item. UPDATE: item arrived yesterday morning all wrapped up and arrived safely an unbroken. Perfect service deserves 6 .

A brilliant one off, General Store, took me back to a time when the owners /staff of Shops took care of the customers, Countdown owners were wonderful, helpful and friendly, they talk to their customers. An "Old time" shop. Stock selection is good and prices are right, do not expect supermarket experience
