Very poor experience in this cafe today. All available tables had dirty pots on and despite asking for them to be moved and the table cleaned they were still there when our lunch arrived. The dirty pots were then taken away but the table was not sanitised which is against covid regulations. We saw this happenning at lots of tables here. There was no coordination with the staff running the cafe. The food here was very mediocre and based on this and poor hygiene we will not be returning.

Yes the price of the cappuccino was cheap at 2. Mine was hot but tasted really weak. Hubbies had froth 2 inches deep and hardly any liquid coffee. I left half of mine as like I say it was too weak. Didn't encourage me to purchase coffee to use at home and we drink proper coffee all of the time.

Have ordered this coffee to be posted to me! Have always received great customer service, both in the cafe and through the website. Fantastic range of flavours; the young and passionate staff in the shop even took the time to explain the flavouring processes to me!

Poor. I've tried this place 3 times. The first time I went, the hot chocolate drink was cold so the second time I went, I told them and asked if I could have it extra hot. The lady obliged and it was good so went again today. The hot chocolate was cold. Asked if they had a microwave, she said yes, asked her if she could warm it up, she said no. She said it was warm enough. I didn't bother trying to drink a cold chocolate and won't bother trying them again. The 2 young girls were more interested in playing with their electronic toys and asking Google or alexa or whatever it was questions with a young male assistant than dealing with real life customers. Perhaps get a more experienced person in to supervise

delivery was excellent, the coffee however smelt off and lacked taste. Such a shame.

I LOVE this Company. Their Customer Service is second to none and I have always received my orders in double quick time. My husband drinks their Decaf coffees and loves them all. Their Decaf is so amazing that, when I have given it to various guests they didn't even realise that they were drinking Decaf coffee. Now that is a good sign of an incredibly tasting Decaf coffee. I buy from Fresco Coffee regularly, purchasing not only coffee but their chocolate covered nuts, coffee beans, flavoured teas and even the odd bit of equipment to aid me in and tea and coffee making abilities. I Highly Recommend Fresco Coffee to anyone. Fantastic Company, amazing tea and coffee. Lee, Northern Ireland

Took the children for a hot chocolate on a cold day and we all loved it. Great products and great service. Even purchased a new kettle whilst I was there.
