How all the negative reviews have gone, beats me. This company is either inefficient or dishonest. On their suggestion I returned a duplicated item (their error), was told that they would refund the item plus the cost of postage to return the item. After trying to get in contact by e-mail with no response from them, I ended having to get Paypal involved, to get any money from them. Even then they still didn't pay my postage. Buyer beware, make sure that you get a certificate of posting at the very least, as in my experience they are not to be trusted.
