Avoid at all costs. Recent change of ownership and refusing to honour contracts with the previous owner, who was a lovely man, stating he doesn’t have to and as we have paid it’s now on his terms. He didn’t have the decency to advise of his take over. Now we have removed our caravan he’s refusing to refund our remaining site fees even though we have given 2 months notice as stipulated in the contract we signed. The storage area is also looking like a scrap yard, the previous owner kept the weeds down and place looking nice, when I removed my caravan I had to clear a way through the overgrowth of weeds. My caravan was stored there for 12 years with no problems but there is no way I would return, I advise you all stay clear of this horrible place with an unpleasant owner that has rapidly gone down hill.
Went with my son to return his caravan,helpful pleasant staff a little difficult to place your van because of the closeness of other Van's but satisfactory no negative points, also the adjacent caravan park is superb,well kept, staff helpful.toilet facilities top class a plus plus all round,would recommend to everybody.

Just picked up our caravan from Northfield storage very safe and secure the new upgrade to the roads look fab would deafly recommend this storage place see you again soon
