Nice and clean...nice food
Very nice home baked pies and tarts, everything made on site. Their baked ham is really tasty - I've given up on stuff in packets since I discovered this shop. They make great rolls too - absolutely stuffed with filling - and everything else you need for an impromptu picnic. Butchers counter could be improved though. Often it's not open so you can't rely on it for meat.
We do enjoy most of the produce from the Food Shop, especially the pork pies and the minced beef pies, however I’ve just tried their pasties what they call Tiggy Oggy and have got to say I am really disappointed. A lot of pastry and a lot of potatoes but very little else, lacking meat and swede. I certainly won’t be buying Tiggy Oggy again.
