What an amazing team, Daniel was so trustworthy in providing advice on repairing a harddrive with information and photos from 18 years ago. The whole service was so enjoyable with his patient and kind manner. I'd been quoted 350 by someone else who did not take the time to look at the device but he diagnosed the problem and it only cost 85. So I ended up upgrading my office studio to a refurbed Dell and getting a backup harddrive from PC Hub, too. You can park out the front which makes it so easy. Highly recommend. You won't be disappointed.

I rely heavily on using my laptop as every day is so important for me to compose emails and social media post. I’ve got so many things to do on it that I really cannot be without it. And knowing that I can go to PC hub and get it fixed and all issues sorted within a few hours is an absolutely amazing experience. I’m delighted with the superior customer service that I’ve been given by all staff. They are extremely professional and responded to my requests and were able to relate to me in a language not full of jargon. They also made suggestions on how to protect myself against malware attacks, which I was so grateful for. I would highly recommend that if you have a technical issue that you look no further and visit PC Hub in Highgate. Surprisingly, the prices are extremely reasonable. PC Hub is my preferred technical specialists you will not regret engaging in their services.

I've just called to enquire for a HD upgrade for my iMac and after a few minutes holding, I was told that they don't have any SSD or fusion drive in stock. I asked if they would be restocked at some point but the answer was a dry NO. I mean I'm glad these chaps are so wealthy they don't need new clients however I would like to advise anyone who needs their Apple computers upgraded not to get in touch with this shop as it is a total waste of time
