I took my car for my first ever MOT here and it was a great experience. Staff were very friendly and took the time to explain things to me. My car needed some repairs which were done within a few hours and I got my car back before the end of the day. Extremely pleased with the service here and will happily return.

After having both front tyres replaced due to a wear on the passenger side, I wanted to keep the good one as a spare for the future changing over to a harder wearing pair. Drove the car in, got two new tyres on - asked to keep the tyre that had hardly done any mileage and drove away. Later inspected the tyre to put in the garage and found a massive chunk removed from the side wall with a tear straight through of my 120 tyre and ATS says it was like the when it arrived...although it managed to drive there and have no problem at all. Would never return or recommend

Called to book mot 1 and a half months before it was due to be told they had nothing until 3 days after mot had lapsed. Booked anyway. I ring up on the day of mot to check that booking is still ok to be told that mot system has been down and they can’t do test for a few weeks! I have a newborn and need to do hospital trips etc and now have no car. Will not be using again as Kwik fit can fit me in within 2 days of asking.
