I love classes and family swim. They follow the new guidelines and everything is well organized. The only downside is that if you would like to visit any of the classes you need to book it 2 weeks in advance

It was a waste of time and money. No progress at all

My daughter came from another club after doing gymnastics from the age of 2. She has grown in confidence purley through the dedication, support and confidence the coaches have shown her.

Wow this place is soo overpriced. Imagine a birthday party is 200 for 1 hour use of the gym and 30 minutes to have food. Plus if you go over the 15 children cap its 12 per child. Ridiculous, I would be okay to pay that much if it was 3 hours gym time and an hour in the gallery for food. Imagine throwing a party for your kid and you can't even relax and let them all have a good time, literally leave as soon as you arrive! They would make a lot more money and have a better reputation if they weren't so tight. Whoever runs this is bad at business

Feels like a dishonest sport coaching. They advertise your kids will learn with professional teachers/coaches. Purely cherry-picking favourite students and the remaining are just money income left to play in the arena with no proper guidance, attention or staff with will to teach which are often looking bored and sleepy. We waited for 1 year for my daughter to get the membership as she was doing pay as you go sessions. We thought with the membership things would be different (better, assisted, guided) and she would learn. 4 months of membership and nothing. Day after day watching closely \teachers\ or coaches not bothering at all with moves, correcting students or showing the right way to do things. Could not be so unimpressed, not to say felt cheated by a very well-paid sporting service. Funny enough, spoken to multiple other parents that had their kids in the same place and they have all had the same unpleasant experience.
