Had my dog registered here for many years. Although she had only been in a few times for a check up; the staff were always very friendly towards both human and animal. My dog had an operation here too and she was treated very well, staff are so supportive. Sadly we had her put down here too and I couldn't of wished it be to at a better place (other than home but that option was unavailable in this circumstance). We were given a quiet room away from other people and animals, the veterinary surgeon came over to us and explained in good detail how the procedure was going to happen. They were ever so nice, calm and understanding. No pressure, rushing or judgement. A great vet, your pet will be very good hands! The only day side to this is that they threw away our dogs bed, despite having asked them to keep it to which they agreed to. After the op had been done, the Vet said we will call you in 3-5 days for you to come and collect her aches and bed. About a week or so later, no call was received so we rung them ourselves but during that time, they threw her bed and all her blankets so now we have nothing sentimental of our dog... The treatment my dog received was outstanding. The vets were thorough and didn't let him come home until they were 100% satisfied he was better. I was regularly updated during his treatment which gave me piece of mind and when I collected him the advice I was given was brilliantly. Can't recommend Seers Croft enough.

Appointment easily made and arrangements explained in a very friendly but professional way. On arrival, Dan who was carrying out the scan on our dog, Poppy, came out to collect her. Again very professional, calm and understanding. Presented a very caring and reassuring approach. Follow the scan, Dan brought Poppy back to our car and then very carefully and clearly explained his findings and the options open to us. The way in which he in particular but also the overall approach by the surgery could not have been better.
