It was many years ago, so I hope the boss at this place has changed ( but I doubt it ).........He personally sold me an oxygen regulator that was not really suitable for the connection pipe I had........He forced the pipe onto the spigot after dipping it in boiling water.........the pipe split after a couple of weeks use and due to this totally drained out a full cylinder of oxygen.....So i'm left with an empty cylinder and a regulator that wont work....his response when I returned with the problems was "tough". I persisted (gobsmacked) and when I said "I run a business and if I were in your shoes, I'd offer something to the customer"......to which he replied "We Differ".........he promptly left and drove away in his porsche.
