I cannot rate Richard and the rest of the team highly enough. The experience from start to finish was first rate. I wanted a soundproof music studio built in my garden and approached 8 or 9 suppliers. MM stood out from the start. Richard listened and asked questions to understand what I was after, and offered lots of options, everything at excellent value. The most important factor for me was effective soundproofing so I could make music as loudly as I liked without disturbing anyone. I had confidence that MM had the experience and expertise to get a great result, and they didn’t disappoint. The isolation is incredible, better than I could have hoped for, making even very loud monitors and amps barely distinguishable from a few metres away. Everything else was just as impressive. The build quality is superb; the studio looks amazing from both the inside and outside; and Richard made sure I was happy right up to the last finishing touches. A special mention to Chris and the team on site, who were friendly, professional and efficient. They respected social distancing, were generous in explaining what they were doing whenever I popped down with questions or wanting to take a photo of the build, and they always left everything neat and tidy at the end of the day. I would definitely recommend using MM, whether you’re getting a standard garden room/office or need it to be soundproof. It’s a brilliant investment in an exciting new space that will give you years of enjoyment, delivered by a skilled and trustworthy company.

Miniature Manors built a multi-purpose garden room for us during lockdown. We are so pleased with the results. Impeccable attention to detail, the friendliest trustworthy team and an end result to be proud of. We had high expectations in wanting a family room/ office/ music studio with lots of storage and lovely big sliding doors. The plastered finish and full electrics along with decent insulation of sound and heat mean it's an all year round brilliant space for us and it has literally made this year completely different for us as a family. Super competitive on price and thoroughly obliging I'd highly recommend Richard and his skilled team.

Richard and his team were excellent. They had great attention to detail, worked very hard, and didn’t mind our stupid questions. They were flexible and focused on solving any problems. The build quality & finish is great and was more or less the same as the estimate. They were also very tidy and, apart from the impressive garden office, you wouldn’t have known they had been here. I thoroughly recommend them.

Thanks to everyone, what a great experience. Having spent time researching the options for a garden office, it was fantastic to find a local company who design from scratch and build a bespoke structure, at a very similar price to a lesser quality prefab. I love the interior finish too, with proper plastered walls and ceiling rather than panelling. The team could not have been any more polite and accomodating. Delighted.
