Phoned to enquire about a welding contract I need completing and a young child answered so I politely asked if I had the right number or if their parents were around and got no response so politely said I will call back later as I'm clearly speaking with a child. Received a phone call a minute later from an irate guy to tell me he was on the toilet having a \sh..\ and I had insulted his children definitely wasn't the case. Clearly just a case of crossed wires but not very professional to call me back up being rude and say I insulted his children when I absolutely did not. For that reason I will take my business elsewhere.
