I edited the review and I now give 5 stars as the message was found later.It was a nice handwritten note, in Italian, without mistakes. It means to me the seller took great care of the purchase, that’s why I edited the review. The plant is nice and my friends were happy . The plant came earlier than expected in a good condition, but it was a gift and came without message, hence I’m giving 3 stars. The price was honest.
I ordered a planter of narcissus for my Mum as an Easter gift since lockdown meant I couldn't take something myself. So glad I found them! Lovely gift, very happily received. Thank you.
I cannot fault the service offered by Plants by Post. Well deserving of the five stars I have given. I just wish all organisations were as efficient and professional. And both my friends loved the plants they received.
We had never heard of this company before, but decided to try it after reading the start up story. The plants ordered arrived quickly (48 hr royal mail) and were of a good quality. They were excellently packed for transport and arrived safely. I would use this company again.
The item was very well packaged, showing as fragile and that it contained plants, so everything arrived in good condition. Once I had opened the box, the item was nicely wrapped and there was a handwritten card. There was no damage to the plants whatsoever. This was a birthday present to me and I am very pleased with it.
