The five of us stayed in a lovely clean and spacious 3 bedroom cabin. Very impressed with the facilities and the shampoo smelled really nice! The park is ideally located on the beautiful riverfront within easy walking distance to town. The caravan sites looked to be a good size and flat...something we appreciate after our last trip away. We would definitely come back. Either a cabin again or with our own van.

Stayed just over a week with these guys. We had car problems and they were so helpful in finding a spot to put our van whilst being fully booked. Can't rate the staff high enough. Definitely be back

Spend the night in one of the small self contained unit. Really nice and comfy, everything you need. Nice walk alongside the river and 5 minutes walk to city centre.

Had great fun in this park. Staff and facilities are awesome. I met 2 lovely people Lynda and Noel (staff). Very friendly and helpful in many ways. We are going again soon.

We booked the cabin that was to have two queen beds, I checked our booking several times to make sure that the name of the cabin and configuration was right. We travelled many hours with our son who is disabled and 6ft2 to look forward to a good rest. However, when arrived, found the cabin to have one queen bed and the other bunks. Contacted the office, to find that they had given the cabin we booked to another person who they said was "difficult". then told us we should have stipulated the configuration to them? when the booking clearly had different names citing the configurations. Staff did not even know the website and how advertised. Ended up not paying full price as fully booked place. I would have rather had the queen bed and paid full price as we had the worst sleep ever. NEVER AGAIN. We travel back and forth 3 to 4 times a year and we will pay more and go elsewhere as we have no trust in this place now.
