Today I walked into Robert Dyas Horsham at 8..40 am and asked if they could help me. I was met by 2 gentleman who were extremely helpful and changed my cycle helmet and cycle light batteries for me. As I didn't know how to do it. I Would like to praise and thank them both I didn't take their names but exceptional customer service well done it's great Robert Dyas train their staff to a fantastic standard well done.
VERY FRIENDLY STAFF, good very nice food processor, had a dinner party with it and made everybody carrot smoothies. A great hit, thank you to max Alfrey for recommending it.
I have returned a speaker today, bought 2 years ago, so still had it's guarantee and been offered to exchange it to a different product. I found a similar one, but it was over the original price. Nathan, the customer assistant reduced it for me and the exchange was done so smoothly. I did not expect that to happen so I was rather pleased. Brilliant service, would highly recommend.
Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here! accommodating staff and beautiful products, those egg timers really are classy!
