Went today with my son to buy a gift for his girlfriend. Amazing shop, from the security man on the door being so kind, polite and genuinely engaging with us, to Dominic who served us, what a hero! We felt like the most special people in the store! He engaged with my son to help him find the perfect gift. The service is that of what I experience in top London stores and the jewellery is so beautiful and amazing quality. This is how shops should function and I can't recommend them enough. The customer truly is treated like a king and with gift wrapping and such amazing service you can't fail to be impressed. Simply AMAZING! Thank you so much!

Wakefields is one of a few remaining independent family run stores in Horsham and I just love it! The original characterful exterior hides within it a wonderful treasure trove of the most beautiful quality modern and traditional jewellery, watches and gifts. It is always a pleasure to be greeted warmly by all the staff starting with the lovely chap who opens the door for you as you arrive. The service from Melanie, Dominic and their professional, knowledgable team is superb whether you want to splash out on a very special piece of jewellery or just need a watch battery replaced. Just today during lockdown I telephoned the shop with a query and received exactly the same excellent response and all the advice I needed. Keep up the good work Wakefield’s - you really do know how to make a customer feel valued and special. I look forward to when your store reopens and I can have a leisurely browse and hopefully buy something special from your new 2021 collection.

I ordered a Citizen watch from the Wakefields site at a good price , I received good communication and had acknowledgement of my order as well as being contacted re the watch strap adjustment. The next day I received my watch well packaged and in excellent condition. The process all completed in a couple of days. I am very happy with my watch and it fits perfectly. Excellent customer service and would use again.

I received my citizen watch today. Two days after ordering. I bought it at what I thought was a good price and it came nicely packaged. Recently I've had all sorts of problems buying a watch from Amazon, so this came as a breath of fresh air..... Thank you
