1. Worst behaviour of staff members 2. The staff working for aadhar registration collects brokerage for his job through near by shops. So makes changes in serial numbers of forms. 3.Worst condition of ATM. 4. COVID precautions are not taken care. 5. Most of the time manager not on his seat to listen your complaint. If it is not urgent try to avoid visiting this branch

ATM machines are always in very worst conditions... Machines always show no money or sometimes it will hang for long time.... So my suggestion is to close permanently this ATM or bankers should take care of them to work perfectly,.... I also suffered lot when it was not working.....

Staff don't response properly, one of the lady staff will behave rudely so Manager should guide her how to behave politely with customers. Compare to other banks this is the worst customer satisfaction.
