After several expensive quotes from other companies for new heating and air systems and things we didn't need, Jamie from Hospitality Heating and Air came and actually fixed our system for a very reasonable price. He was the only person who made an effort to repair and not just sell expensive equipment, and he said that we don't need a new system quite yet. After a few weeks of our house being cold, it is now very comfortable and we are thrilled. We now have time to save towards a new system and when we need it, we know exactly who to call! We were very pleased with his professionalism, knowledge, and customer service.

Ron was on time, very personable and explained all the issues my HVAC was experiencing. He gave me all the info I needed to make an informed decision on repair/replacement. He went above and beyond in the cold and rain to ensure our unit was fixed right, the first time. The company actually sent over a text with the photo and short bio of the tech (Ron Teal) who was responding to our request for service. Outstanding job!!!
