We have experienced less friendly customer service and know how important it is to get a live person in the middle of a busy night or weekend rush. We, Hurricanes Bar & Grill in Huntington Beach, CA, are a high volume fast paced 9 terminal venue. We have used Digital Dining POS System, supported/sold by Hospitality Technology Systems (HTS), since 2006! James and his staff have been super supportive with the system as well as upgrades, changes and everything else over this past 12 years. Their support is 1st rate and equipment cost and upgrades are well within costs and standards. I would recommend this system and HTS for anyone looking for a high quality, reliable, fast and easy to train system for your bar or restaurant.

If you have a menu that has a lot of modifications for each entree, than HTS is all you need. HTS will build your menu and coach you, so your front of the house staff can spend more time with your guests, then struggling with the other P.O.S. competition out there.
