Quick, easy rapid covid test with a fair price. Friendly stuff, good experience! Just dont try to call them...

in 2020 is really bad to don't have a free wifi in this Hospital, and even not line when you are in side.. you will be totally isolated... no free wifi.. and not phone line available... bad bad bad

I am shocked that you are not organising people whilst waiting for a covid test. People are crammed together and some not even wearing masks.. this is a hospital treating and testing for covid? It feels like the most vulnerable place to catch covid 19! Why haven't you got someone ensuring people are 2m apart and wearing masks whilst waiting? I've took a video, shame I cant share it with this review.

On Tuesday January 12th Around 11am , I was schedule for corona test in your Hospital. Registration process was good. The waiting area was too crowded as 1,5 meter distance was not able to be managed. More hygiene problems I see in the testing process. The testing staff did not change the gloves in the entire testing process. From calling, to receiving me, up to completing the test. She never change the gloves. I fear, she never changed the gloves for each patient. As I did not see any bin with used gloves. This is a big hygiene risk, not only to be tested but even to get Corona in your hospital when not following common hygiene rules.

Whilst the Dr's I have seen here over a couple of years have been very competent, the business of getting appointments by telephone is frustrating and incompetent. If you press the button for English language you usually are finally attended, after a ten minute wait, by someone who does not speak English and puts you back on hold for (so far) another ten minutes. I actually asked for the appointment in Spanish so there was really no need for it to be passed back to English speaker. I have now been waiting, listening to this music and message for over twenty minutes. It is not the first time. Not good. This experience is what is reflected in my rating score today.
