they are not expert in this field.. it is some thing like trial and error they are doing.They do not have any idea about a specific complaint. We called them for minor complaint of washing machine, an inexperienced guy attended and made it a big one.Now i need to change my washing machine. Its better check their experience before start service. Not recommenced
