Very worst service.... BSNL customer service is not upto the present trend.. still they are in 1990's.... people like chanhe from other metwork to BSNL but your service and rules is denying to add new customers.

I visited 3 times this bsnl office but customer are facing lot of issues wast of this bsnl customer care center its use for 10% only and they are not responds properly waiting time is more sim activation time much more and they are collecting the recharge amount & not done the recharge immediately if customer revisited than only recharge will done maximum customers repeated again and again for same request
