Bought Creta and got delivered by October end. I asked sales team not to include accessories but they charged 6k for just car cover n mat.. I asked for refund following up with CRM team & Harur branch no proper response yet.. avoid buying accessories which is not worth !! I will wait for response

We came in the eve, as our headlight suddenly stopped working.. So we reached this place for check up.. We were waiting for their service and 2 to 3 people have checked it and left it in middle.. Just wasted 1.30 hr there and everyone left without some response.. We can understand its weekend but a proper response in time would save our time too.. As we have to tavel further in the night without head lights long way.. Lost hope

The service was really good but after changing the spare parts of clutch the acceleration is too high and am getting engine noise which was not there earlier. #Hyundaiindia and #Himavasinihyundaihosur it will be great if I get a fix for this issue. Car no-TN908830 model- I20 active service date-12-08-2020. Bill amount- Rs 8501

Mr.Suresh owner of this showroom is really very good and very helpful, but his employees are really not co-operative. I bought Venue and still yet to get fasttag details. They are bluffing their system is under repair so can't provide details.
